做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
