做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
