做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
