做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
