做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
