做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
