做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
