做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
