做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
