做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
