做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
