做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六(liù )成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
