做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
