做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
