做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
