做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
