做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
