做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
