做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
