做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
