做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
