做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
