做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
