做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
