做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
