做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
