做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
