做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
