做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
