做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
