做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
