做(zuò )法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
