做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
