做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
