做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
