做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
