做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
