做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
