做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
