做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
