做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
