做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
