做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
