做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
