做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
