做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
