做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
