做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
