做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
