做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
